To all traders:
These people change your order timings to make sure some profitable trades do not execute. I took screen shots and I had proof and still they would not acknowledge.
They are thieves. Sometimes you cannot place an order; you get a pop up message : order canno tbe executed. Sometimes you cannot place a mrket order especially during news.
You get a lot of :order pending and they will close it at th eleast favorable price. What can you do then? complain?
try... see what happens.
Platform freezes are frequent if you start making money...
And the list goes on.

DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH FXOPEN. Verification process is HELL. I believe they
e not familiar with American documents...The GBP/JPYs recent major drop basically wiped out my (ECN) account. Im also happy that happened. Theyll allow you to deposit w/o verification. Not Withdraw. I presented ALL of my documents for my business 5 times literally. And I got the same damn e-mail over and over again. I would not recommend FXOpen to anyone looking to speculate in the foreign exchange market.

I have investigated why they may not hedge all trades instantly. (the mini trade are not hedge instantly). They told me that, as the banks/prime brokers do not accept (like) small tickets because of the cost of processing such a ticket, they have developped a technology to cumulated small trades and then, when it reached 100 000 USD, they send it to the banks. It has allowed them to open their ECN to small ticket. All other ECN/marketplace should have the same. I find it good they to mention it on the risk brochure, good transparency point.

I am very satisfied with the performance of their platform. Ive been trading my EA with them for over 9 months and I have not seen execution even close .They pay in time and I never had problems. In my experience it is a honest broker.

Probably members of an criminal organisation.
You cannot withdraw youre money.
They push you to fund you account with more money.
If youre account is under the minimum of $100,00 you get an annoying sound on youre MT4.
Execution time about 24 seconds, the same for closing an order.
Why i go there? i ask for 2 pips.com and they are the introducing broker i think, so i get there MT4 .
So i play a little with my money till i lose ,because they would not withdraw.

I work with this company for a few month, no complains, no problems etc. at there plattforms mt4 and wintrader.
Fastest execution i ever trade (app. 10 other shops).
Faster quotes then other ECNs/MM!!! ;-)
Witdraws in 48 h (wire..)

I am trading in etoro plat form and the platform is very good. However freequest freezing is emminent. Specially when I am on profitable trades, it freezes untill I lose the trade !!!
Secondly they seems to be manipulating the prices. In one occation I lost 100 USD because they closed my trade by trigering the stop loss level at a price never reached. When I made the complaint to etoro they agreed to investigate and at last said their system is correct. However the price they indicated never reached on that day according to other operators!!! I have screen shots as proofs for this. This is a clear price manipulation.
Secondly their support service also horrible. When I make a complaint about any issue, only reply I get is that they would investigate and it would be never ending investigation. I have enough email proofs for this.
If any one trade with etoro, trade with special care and at an extra risk. Real trading not recomended for beginners according to my knowledge and experience.

Ive been deposited to iForex for the amount of 200USD and end with loosing all my deposit. I only managed to draw back 70USD after i smell something fishy around.
Previously I was introduce to one Account Manager named Syarina. Then few person call me and claimed the are my account manager. One I deposited my fund non of the manager call me while Im keep on calling or email them. When I insists to talk with my previous ac mgr the said she was in hospital and obviously for the last 3 week she still not recover!
One funny thing happened when I made to 2 open deal at the same pair and with the same T/P and S/L. One with the small amount and another with big amount. One with the big amount end up with loss at the S/L level but the smaller a/c keeps on.
Fortunately a found this website to guide me in the future trade. TQ

Im an early-intermediate trader when it comes to forex. Played with FXCM demo, now first day with live account. I used Forex.com before. FXCM resources are much more comprehensive, and Im happy with the service at this point. I had no issues trading today even during news events. I love their charting software (was using MT4 which sucks in comparison, and Im not interested an EA at this time). Stops were properly executed. Courteous service helping me get account setup. All around I hope this continues because not having to worry about broker issues makes it more fun to trade. Not sure if the no dealing desk is fully truthful, but I was on a dealing desk before and did ok (as a novice), so either way I think Ill be good. Im recommending this broker. Ill check in again every few months with experiences.

Used these rouge market maker and faced what most of the people here faced with. Getting requoted all the time when i am trying to close out my positions. From what i understand they take positions against clients, so the moment you make money they are going ear mark you for special treatment.Market orders will no longer function as market orders as they requote you all the time. To cap it off, they have extremely rude client service and dealers who yak at you and try to come up with ridiculous explanations to you when you try and reason with them. Internal queue and internal liquidity being brought up most of the time. Extremely ransparent. Very disappointing. Please do not use if you want to grow your trading account cause they only accept losers and try to dunk the winners who comes in their way.

I am astonished at some of these poor reviews. I have traded with MIG for about 4 years, both demo and live and usually at the same time and have no complaint with them. Occasionally the server drops out on demo but only rarely on the live accounts. Any queries I have or problems that needed fixed were attended to promptly and usually with a follow-up telephone call to confirm. Deposits to the accounts, transfers between accounts and withdrawals are executed smoothly. Im a short term trader, trading the London session only.

Jade FX has a new liquidity provider
and my 5 live accounts were transfred yesterday.
Because of a problem with OFF QUOTES,
my trade management EA could not close an order.
I have sent the following mail to Jade support:
Dear Jacob,
please see attached file.
Can you please find out, why I could not close the order because of Off Quotes? BTW the spreads are now higher. Is the new liquidity provider City Group?

I got the following answer:
Look at what you EA is trying to do. THIS IS A WARNING . STOP THAT EA or
modify it or code it properly to do proper trading not just sending useless
requests. you have basically an EA that is Bombarding the Server with
Useless requests to Open & close an order each second. Unless you completely got no idea what that EA does.
The liquidity provider requires 90 Seconds between opening a trade and
closing a trade. If you don Stop that EA or modify it we will disable your
Account ASAP.
NOTE: This is the LAST WARNING ON THAT EA, we are pretty serious about
USELESS EAs Bombarding the MT4 Server with USELESS requests . We have
received a notice about your account sending USELESS requests every Second.
My answer was:
What shall this impertinent threat with last warning?

I asked you politely for help.
I use this order management EA already for a long time on two other
accounts.
There it works without having any problem.
It is quite usual that an order will be sent again,
if it is not filled at the first time.
An order to close a trade ( partial ) is never useless!
Everyone know this except you.
It is very strange that an an other EA, what worked well till now,
can also not open an order because of OFF QUOTES .
Close your business, if you are not able to provide your customers with a
proper working trade station and provider!
Strange also you do not want to tell who the new provider is.
Disable all my accounts and transfer my money back asap!
That means for me, many scalping EA`s will not work with the new provider.
Decide for yourself if this is the right behaviour of a broker.

I have been trying to get my withdrawal back for almost a month. When I tried to call them or interact with them during any live chat sessions, there were only two replies given:
a. Sorry, our back office is closed.
b. Your withdrawal will be taken care of today
And the withdrawal is still not taken care of after almost a month. Seriously, I really want my money back. This bucketshop can keep the profit but at least have the courtesy to give me back my initial deposit...I am really disappointed with this company.

i have been very impressed with prime4x and their services. their tight and fixed spreads have been very impressive. they dont interfere with my trades. their leverage of 1:400 to 1:500 is very good for trading. i have withdrawn my profits in excess of 20k$ with no trouble except that they take 1-3 business days to process transfers then another 1-3 days to have the transfer reach your account by wire. their customer support and live chatting services is equally very reachable with polite support services. one thing they have to improve is their methods of deposits. they should accomodate deposits by credit cards alongside the other methods they have now.
in all, i have been trading forex for about 6yrs now and i highly recommend prime4x to any trader.

Really a bad broker . The MT4 plattform is a MARKET MAKER broker wor trade against you . I have been trading for 2 weeks with several EAS , all of them with DELAYS in opening and closing orders , and 60% of messages of OF QUOTES , so oreders rejected . Last day I tried to closed an order manually , but IMPOSSIBLE to do it , again the message of of quotes and the order rejected . After 2 hours trying to close the order , I called to fxcm in USA for a dealer closed to order by me . In fact , the MT4 plattform has not the option of instant order , but only the option of MARKET order , and bellow the option a message that the order will be QUOTED by a DEALER , SO , IT IS FALSE THAT THEY ARE NDD DESK ,they are market makers dealers trough an mt4 plattform provided by Boston Technologies . Even more , a fail in the Auto fxcm syncro causes I have now 49 usd less in my balance , and they have not still refunded in my account when the system should have been refunded it because it is not a charge causes for a trade , but for an adjust of balance of fxcm. Incredible . Terrible and bad broker , after two weeks I opened my account , I,m going to close it and ask for the refund of all of my balance.

I am trying to close my account and i am still waiting for my refund. They requested i scan the front of my credit card as well as the back of it because they need the CVV number to withdraw funds back to my card. Their argument is that it is part of an EU regulation. I have never heard of this process to get a refund on your card. I called my bank, HSBC, to find out about this so called EU regulation. I was told by my bank not to give out my CVV to any company. I asked of their employees to show me proof of the EU regulation by scanning an official document detailing this process and email it to me. He said ok and i am still waiting.
I believe this company uses peoples money to do their trading. Their customer service is terrible. They don have answers to your questions. Their trading platform is confusing.
I will advise people to stay away from this broker. They are quick to receive your deposit into their account but it is difficult to get your money back. They argue that they are protecting their customers from fraud. If that is the case why didn they do that when i was depositing money durng the opening of my account. To open an account with them you need to make an immediate deposit. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THE COMPANY IS VERY DUBIOUS.

i had an account with them before , so they are not scam youll get your money
but as a market maker i didnt like the the way it goes ,
the only bad side of them is commission
