There are too many errors in their trading platform. Sometimes you cannot place or exist a position, as the system show some error message. Your stop loss never stop at the point where you set. You will always lost your money than you desire. It is very easy to deposit your account. It takes few second, then your money is there. But if you want to withdraw your money, it takes too long time and I withdrawn cash from my account last week, I still did not get my money back and I do not know when it will happen. Customer support is very poor. They never reply your email. I wrote them and asked about an account, they never reply. There are two types of account for a private investors, as they wrote on their website. Saxo trader with minimum deposit of 10000 USD and miniaccount with minimum deposit of 2000 USD. If you apply for mini account, you would not get that. They will only give you an account with minimum deposit of 10000 UDS. I recommend that you should stay away from this broker. I tried to place a trade during the NFP and first the platform was frozen, then I got rade context busy, and then after I placed the trade waaay later I lost connection for about 10 minutes. I considered them a good broker so I incremented my account to 10K. In a good opportunity I openned an bid and automatically they logged me out, I tried so reconnect but it was impossible, Im sure the platform was the error and not my internet connection because was chatting at the moment with no problems. Fortunately, I had no great losses. The manager called me and told me that they planned to include me in a Bussiness Table because of the good performance but I needed to increase the accout to 25k, so I told her that I was not willing to do it until I received some refunds (just to make sure I was not being cheated) but she was anger. I was contacted by the analist and told me that I was included in the Big operation but I had to bid o ask when the told me. I trusted them but when they told me the market was moving to the other side and I lost all my capital in less than 5 mins. They were telling me that the market had to move as they said but my capital was low so I had to increase capital. I didnt believe them, and dont make any other deposit. It was rare that they were supervising my account until I was broke but I suppose that being a Bussiness table more people had to be involved but the analist was talking to me all the time. After that I read more post and realize the this is normally what they do until you got broken. I have receive some calls from them and want me to deposit more money to recover all losses but I dont trust them anymore. I get good spreads using their MT4 platform. I have had spreads as low as 1 pip, normally 2 or three pips. They don hunt stops, the nature of the market itself hunts stops so set bigger stops or watch the trade. Re-quotes are normal during fast moving markets but using MT4 you can limit the maximum deviation to 1 and you won get re-quote. Better yet don chase fast movements. You can transfer withdraws to a bank card within 180 days of a deposit with that card. I ran this platform next to another MY4 broker, and the price action was exactly the same. I tried it and it works great. I got my money with bank wire to Germany in about 3 days. ECN Servers are located in Switzerland. Unfortunately support takes a while. I still use my ECN account and can recommend it.
